Short version: you give us your email (and, if you want, your first name). We use it to send you the 7-Day No Excuses Reset and occasional emails from Blunt Force Motivation. We don't sell it. You can leave any time.

What we collect

Your email address (required) and your first name (optional), when you sign up.
Basic signup details that our email provider records automatically, such as when you signed up and confirmed, and whether our emails are opened or clicked.

Why

To send you the 7-Day No Excuses Reset PDF you asked for.
To send you occasional emails from Blunt Force Motivation: new videos, tips, and updates. Not daily. No spam.

Who handles it

Our email list runs on MailerLite, which stores your details and sends our emails for us. MailerLite's signup form may use cookies or similar technical data to work. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which, like any host, processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the page. We don't run ads or ad-tracking pixels on this site.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
We don't share it with anyone except the services above that we need to run the list.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're out. Want your details deleted completely, or have a question? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
